- Data Analysis: Extract insights from community data to optimize engagement and track key performance indicators.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns and initiatives.
- Partnerships: Foster relationships with brand partners and create collaboration programs.
- Social Media Strategy: Implement a strategic and results-oriented social media strategy.
- Customer Engagement: Address inquiries, comments, and feedback across social media channels.
- Community Events: Plan and execute community events online and offline.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in community management or related roles, demonstrating successful community engagement.
- Ability to support CX experience with the goal to acquire and retain customers.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with community members.
- Data analysis skills to derive insights and optimize engagement strategies.
- Passion for cultural heritage and a genuine desire to connect with diverse communities.
- Experience in developing brand advocacy programs and influencer partnerships.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
