  • Content Creation: Craft and curate captivating content for social media platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and empower the social media team, setting industry trends.
  • Data Analysis: Extract insights from community data to optimize engagement and track key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns and initiatives.
  • Partnerships: Foster relationships with brand partners and create collaboration programs.
  • Social Media Strategy: Implement a strategic and results-oriented social media strategy.
  • Customer Engagement: Address inquiries, comments, and feedback across social media channels.
  • Community Events: Plan and execute community events online and offline.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in community management or related roles, demonstrating successful community engagement.
  • Ability to support CX experience with the goal to acquire and retain customers.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with community members.
  • Data analysis skills to derive insights and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Passion for cultural heritage and a genuine desire to connect with diverse communities.
  • Experience in developing brand advocacy programs and influencer partnerships.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
