Job Description

PHR Solutions Limited consist of a team of energetic, seasoned, young, smart and innovative professionals with combined decades of experience in providing Human Resources Services to clients across several sectors of the global economy such as Oil and Gas, Telecommunication, Banking and Insurance, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Information technology, Fintech, Education, FMCG etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer transactions using cash registers.
  • Scan goods and ensure accurate pricing.
  • Collect payments, whether in cash or credit.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets.
  • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
  • Greet customers as they enter or exit the store.
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
  • Bag, box, or gift-wrap packages
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.

Job Requirements

  • High School Degree.
  • 1 – 2 years work experience.
  • Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS
  • Good math skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented

Salary

N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
