Description

  • As a Project Manager, you will lead customer-facing projects and contract execution.
  • You are taking ownership of accomplishing project objectives by planning and executing project activities at the site.
  • You will coordinate across multiple businesses.
  • You will lead the execution and management teams to complete specific pipeline integrity management jobs.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading in the planning and execution of pipeline pigging and integrity assessment projects.
  • Executing of on-site activities, management of project budgets, and supervision of staff and contractors.
  • Processing of inspection data, reviewing data and assisting in the generation of the final report as directed.
  • Performing routine equipment maintenance, valves, and other duties associated with pipeline pigging and integrity assessment projects.
  • Maintaining client relations and communicating project progress and status in a clear method.
  • Participating in safety meetings and developing knowledge of all safety policies and industry safety standards.
  • Assisting with the development and improvement of the integrated pipeline solution including training of junior and or new staff members.

Fuel your Passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor / Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Have valid Inspection Certifications of ASNT LEVEL I OR LEVEL II.
  • Have at least 8 years of in-house technical training from In-Line Inspection or Pipeline companies.
  • Possesses experience or in-depth familiarity with general pipeline operation and pipeline pigging activities.
  • Be able to work with teams and guide them to complete tasks.
  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Be able to travel to customer/site visits
  • Have knowledge of PHMSA Pipeline Integrity Management Program Rules and Regulations (Gas & Liquid) “preferred”
  • Be able to travel 50% to Nigeria
