What You’ll be Doing

  • As a retention specialist at, your primary goal is to ensure our customers keep using and paying for our products and services.
  • You’ll work closely with product development and customer service teams to address any issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • You’ll ensure that our customers stay engaged with and continue to use our products and services.
  • You’ll be the key player in maintaining customer loyalty and preventing churn.

What your Day-to-day looks like

  • Reach out to customers who may have shown signs of disengagement or expressed concerns.
  • Analyze customer feedback collected from various sources, such as surveys, reviews, and social media.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to address customer pain points and ensure that the product/service aligns with customers’ needs and expectations
  • Engage with customers through emails, calls, or messages to maintain relationships and inform them about new features, updates etc

Requirements

What you need to have:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer retention
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are able to work very well with data and analyse trends
  • Remarkable communication skills
  • Experience leading a retention team.

Nice to haves:

  • Crypto experience
  • Fintech experience.
