  • Are you an experienced SEO Specialist looking for your next career move?
  • We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an SEO Specialist.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for growing organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for our clients’ websites.
  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, specifically within a digital agency setting.
  • You must also have a proven track record of implementing successful SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for our clients’ websites.
  • Optimize website content to improve user experience, search engine visibility, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Perform technical audits to identify and resolve any website issues that may negatively impact SEO success.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop relevant and high-quality content that aligns with our client’s goals.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide periodic reports to clients on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in various industries.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure website optimization.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients on SEO best practices and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, to effectively communicate SEO strategies and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven SEO experience in a digital agency setting.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, WIX, Drupal, etc) and website development processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
