Experience & Education
- Qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- HR Certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI etc)
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience serving in strategically focused roles within a multinational, 5 of which have been within a leadership function.
