Job Objective

  • The Vice President – Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies in the Group to drive business growth and achieve our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing market impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, and support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, events, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape, using data to drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Drive the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, maintaining a strong focus on ethical marketing practices
  • Continuous Performance evaluation and report for the marketing team
  • Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
